The following was again before the House in third reading: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 373(RES) "An Act making changes to the Forest Resources and Practices Act; classifying anadromous streams and tributaries; relating to the designation of riparian areas; establishing buffers and slope stability standards on certain streams; and requiring retention of low value timber along certain water bodies where prudent." The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CSHB 373(RES) pass the House?"
